Á¶»ç±â°£ Áß ¿ì¸®³ª¶ó¿¡¼´Â ÃÑ 32°ÇÀÇ º¹¾îµ¶ Áßµ¶»ç°í°¡ ¹ß»ýÇÏ¿©, 111¸íÀÌ Áßµ¶µÇ¾ú°í ±× Áß 30¸íÀÌ »ç¸ÁÇÏ¿© 27.0%ÀÇ Ä¡»çÀ²À» ³ªÅ¸³»¾úÀ¸¸ç, ¿¬µµ¿¡ µû¶ó Áßµ¶°Ç¼ö, ȯÀÚ¼ö ¹× »ç¸ÁÀÚ¼öÀÇ º¯µ¿ÀÌ ½ÉÇÏ¿´´Ù. »ç¸ÁÀÚ´Â 29¼¼ ÀÌ»óÀÇ ³²¼ºÀÌ ´ëºÎºÐÀ» Â÷ÁöÇÏ¿´´Ù. ½ÄÁßµ¶ ¹ß»ý°Çº° ȯÀÚ¼ö¸¦ º¸¸é 4ÀÎ ÀÌÇÏÀÇ ¼Ò±Ô¸ð Áßµ¶»ç°ÇÀÌ Àüü ¹ß»ý°Ç¼öÀÇ 75.0%ÀÎ 24°ÇÀ» Â÷ÁöÇÏ¿´°í, ½ÄÁßµ¶ Åë°è Áý°è±âÁØÀÎ 5ÀÎ ÀÌ»óÀÇ Áý´Ü ½ÄÁßµ¶Àº 8°Ç¿¡ Áö³ªÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù. ¿ì¸®³ª¶ó¿¡¼ º¹¾îµ¶ Áßµ¶ ¹ß»ý°Ç¼öÀÇ 59.4%(19/32)°¡ 11¿ùºÎÅÍ Àͳâ 1¿ù»çÀÌ¿¡ ¹ß»ýÇÏ¿´°í, À̽ñâÀÇ È¯ÀÚ¼ö ¹× »ç¸ÁÀÚ¼ö ¶ÇÇÑ °¢°¢ 65.8%(73/111), 66.7%(20/30)·Î ³ªÅ¸³ª º¹¾îÁßµ¶Àº °Ü¿ïö¿¡ ÁýÁߵǾú´Ù. Áö¿ªÀûÀ¸·Î´Â ¹ß»ý °Ç¼öÀÇ 75.0%(24/32)°¡ ºÎ»ê, °æ³², Àü³², Á¦ÁÖ µî ³²ÇØ¾È Áö¿ª¿¡¼ ÁýÁßÀûÀ¸·Î ¹ß»ýÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¼·ÃëÀå¼Òº°·Î´Â ÃÑ 32°Ç Áß 18°Ç(56.3%)ÀÌ ¼±¹Ú¿¡¼ ¹ß»ýÇÏ¿´°í, °¡Á¤¿¡¼ 8°Ç(25.0%)ÀÇ ¹ß»ýÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç, À½½ÄÁ¡¿¡¼ ¹ß»ýÇÑ °ÍÀº 5°Ç(15.6%)À̾ú´Ù. º¹¾îµ¶ Áßµ¶ÀÇ °¡Àå Áß¿äÇÑ ¿øÀÎ À½½Ä¹°Àº ±¹(ÅÁ Æ÷ÇÔ)À¸·Î ¹ß»ý°Ç¼öÀÇ 68.8%(22/32), ȯÀÚ¼öÀÇ 64.0%(71/111), »ç¸ÁÀÚÀÇ 66.7%(20/30)¸¦ Â÷ÁöÇÏ¿´°í, ±× ¿Ü Âò, ȸ, ³»ÀåÅÁ, ¾Ë µîµµ ¿øÀÎÀÌ µÈ °æ¿ì°¡ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. |

The data on outbreaks of puffer fish poisoning during 1991 to 2001 in Korea were gathered from press reports, and characterized information collected. During the period, a total of 32 outbreaks of puffer fish poisoning was reported. These outbreaks causee 111 persons to become poisoning, among the cases 30 persons were fatal. The mean case fatality rate was 27.0%, and most of deaths (93.3%) were the male of above 29 years old. Patient number of below 4 persons per a poisoning accident occupied 75.0% of total outbreaks, and the remainder was more than 5 persons per an accident which is the limit for gathering statistics of food poisoning in Korean Government Larger percentages of puffer fish poisoning (59.4% of total outbreaks; 65.8% of total cases; and 66.7% of total deaths) was occured in the months November through January. Most of puffer fish poisoning (75.0% of total outbreaks; 68.5% of total cases; and 73.3% of total deaths) were found along thge south coastal area of Korea, including Busan, Gyeongsangnam-do, Jeollanam-do and Jeju-do. Over than 80% of puffer fish poisoning outbreaks occured at fishing boat and home where privately made food was cause, and outbreaks in restaurants accounted for 15.6%. Most commonly implicated foods were Guk, boiled soup with puffer fish meat and spices. |
