감사문은 말 그대로 감사한 마음을 담아 서신 형태로 보내거나 공식적인 행사장에서 낭독할 수 있도록 쓴 문서이다.
즉 감사할 대상에게 쓰는 감사장과 같다고 볼 수 있다.
특별히 정해진 형식은 없지만, 감사할 대상에 대한 인사, 감사한 마음을 갖게 된 이유와 감사인사를 포함하면 된다.
서신을 쓸 때에는 상대방에게 예의를 갖추어 쓰는 것이 가장 중요하다.
또 목적에 맞게 할 이야기를 정확하게 작성하여 표현하는 것이 기본이 된다.
