first of all, thank you very much for taking your time to give us a proposal letter as regards to import-export dealing of our pro
ducts for overseas expansion and enhancement.it is really a promising offer since both our companies shall be getting good revenues out of it.
we just have some comments about your proposal; so we hope that our counter-proposal might be considered in order to agree with th
e offer.(1) we would like to emphasize that if you could lower the prices of the goods you offer, (2) extend the period of payment and (3) the agreement should be renewable annually.
we hope that our conditions may somehow be considered as we projected so that we could sign an agreement with you soon.
